2016 Kia Sorento: Changes Beneath the Surface

The 2016 Kia Sorento is the new and improved version of Kia's classic car. The exterior of the car looks as though it has only changed a little bit since the previous model, but that is because most of the changes are on the inside.

A New Engine

This model comes with a new engine option, a turbocharged 2.0-liter engine that offers 240 horsepower. The engine tries to strike a balance between power and fuel efficiency. Other engine options are on offer for people who prefer either lower emission or more towing power, and both of them have also been improved over the last model.

The Interior

The car's interior has been redesigned with an emphasis on comfort. Many surfaces within the vehicle have been converted to soft-touch plastic, especially on the doors and around the instruments. The climate, navigation, and audio controls have been moved to their own sections of the console for neatness and ease of use. The 2016 model's cabin is roomier than that of its predecessor. It still offers space for up to seven people on heated seats, but all of those people have more room for their heads and feet than in previous models.

Handling

The 2016 Kia Sorento from dealers around Fort Bliss, TX handles better than previous models. The biggest improvement is to the car's steering, but the car's suspension has also seen noticeable improvement. It has not become the kind of vehicle that should be taken off the roads, but it can handle itself in poor conditions.
